The conference will be focused on the issues relating to the role of associations and NGOs in shaping sustainable mobility in cities

Associations and NGOs for sustainable mobility

The aim of the conference is to exchange knowledge and experiences on successive activities of NGOs and engineering associations supporting sustainable urban mobility, in particular:

• comparison of the legal and organizational conditions,
• perspectives in solving social problems of cities suffering from congestion,
• best practices from Poland, Europe and other Continents,
• role of engineering and transportation women's organizations in sustainable development,
• international cooperation for the success of sustainable mobility.

The conference fee: 100 Euro

You are invited to present your paper. All accepted papers (presented in oral or poster session) will be published in a peer-reviewed Research and Technical Journal of Polish Association for Transportation Engineers in Cracow, series: Conference Proceedings.

Special meetings and events associated with the celebration of the Jubilee will be provided , including:

• Vernissage of the Jubilee Exhibition "70 years of mobility in Krakow"
• Ceremonial parade of the SITK Association together with orchestra at the Krakow Main Market Square
• Presentations of jubilee publications of Associations.

Participation in the vernissage and in the jubilee parade is free.
