The above-mentioned prices do not include VAT (23%)
Companies, whose payment from the commercial part total will exceed PLN 3000.00 net, will be treated by the organizers as the official partners of the conference.
The Golden Partner is a Company whose total payment from the commercial part will be above PLN 10,000.00 net. The advertisement of this company will be also included free of charge in the next Research and Technical Papers of the Polish Association for Transportation Engineers in Krakow. The list of Gold Partners will be published for one year from the date of the conference in each Research and Technical Papers of the Polish Association for Transportation Engineers in Krakow. It is possible to obtain the status of the General Partner of the Conference or Diamond Partner of the Conference under individual conditions (agreed with the organizer).
Individual negotiation of the terms of participation in the commercial part is possible.
Confirmation of participation:
To the Companies, that send the application for participation in the commercial part, Organizers will give confirmation by the phone (about the agreed form of the participation) and will send an invoice.
