We invite you to a course preparing for the exam for the Certificate of Professional Competence in road transport of people and goods in accordance with the changes in force after December 4, 2011.

The certificate of professional competence is a document confirming the possession of qualifications and knowledge necessary to take up and run a business in the field of road transport.

After gaining the required knowledge on the course for the certificate of professional competence conducted by experts from SITK RP, you can take the state exam.

The test of qualifications and knowledge is a written exam passed before the Examination Board.

The training ends with the issuance of a course completion certificate.

Duration of the course: 5 days, Monday – Friday from 15.00 to 20.00,

The training program includes 32 hours of theoretical classes in the field of: civil law, commercial law, labor law, financial law and financial accounting, business management, access to the profession and the carrier market, traffic safety and technical standards of vehicles, problem solving and example tests.

PRICE

Course price:

• PLN 1000.00 with TAX - Transport of people or things
• PLN 1100.00 with TAX - Transportation of people and things

The price of the training includes lectures conducted by the best lecturers, exercises in solving problematic tasks, necessary teaching aids [textbooks], coffee service throughout the course, assistance in preparing documents and in registering for the state exam conducted by the Motor Transport Institute.

EXAM

The next exam in Krakow will take place on May 13 and 14, 2023.

LECTURERS

We have many years of experience and qualified staff. The course activities are conducted by employees of the Cracow University of Technology and the City Hall of Cracow.

Persons registered for the course receive textbooks free of charge.

The number of people in the group is 5-15 people, which allows for an individual approach to each student.

The exam consists of a written solution:

2. exam task

The written test covers the following range of issues included in modules:

• A – Civil law;
• B – Commercial law;
• C – Social law;
• D – Tax law;
• E – Business activity and company finance management;
• F – Market access;
• G – Technical standards and technical aspects of activity;
• H – Road safety.

The written test consists of 64 multiple-choice questions with four possible answers, covering 8 randomly selected questions in each module – in the field of road transport of passengers or goods. The exam task consists of two practical examples to be solved, each of which includes two questions. One of the examples always concerns knowledge of drivers’ working time issues. The total exam time is 4 hours, i.e. 2 hours for each part. The scope of issues covered by the exam is specified in Part I of the Annex to Regulation (EC) No. 1071/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Required documents for the exam:

• certificate application
• two copies of the certificate holder’s statement

The above documents are prepared by the training center on site. If you are interested in taking the exam on a date of your choice, please provide confirmation of payment for the exam and a certificate – PLN 800 to the office of the SITK Branch three weeks before the planned date of the exam.
